Our namesake combines the lineage of founders Robert Polacek and Justin Colombik: Rose, Justin's grandmother, an artist and model, and Bernard, Rob's grandfather, a master carpenter and chef.

His background in interior architecture and art history allows him to craft carefully-considered design environments through conceptual storytelling. As a registered-licensed interior designer and LEED AP ID+C, Justin fosters an innate ability for balancing priorities, design aesthetic, communication and organization into streamlined processes ensures outstanding results. Justin is able to identify the most ideal solutions for each design phase to maximize project efficiency, from concept to completion. His commitment to creating environments that are innovative yet functional spring from over a decade of experience designing for celebrity chefs and luxury brand hotels across the globe.

With a degree in architecture, Rob is recognized for his ability to understand the interactions between the user and the built environment, creating aesthetically and functionally successful restaurants and hotels that visually reflect a brand’s culture.

Rob’s 20+ years creating hospitality experiences, represents a diverse range of talent spanning art direction, brand strategy, communications, interior design, and identity. He will form a strategic vision bringing together the disciplines needed to realize a client’s expectation for success.
